HD Polyethylene

HD Polyethylene is principally used for stamping large solid areas, thus it is perfect for flat hot foil stamping applications. Its malleability allows for complete foil coverage while providing a hard enough surface to prevent the undesirable punch in the sheet. This also has an added benefit for kiss cutting since the forgiving material allows the die to cut the paper without being damaged. HD Polyethylene should not be confused with Polyurethane.
